Rob Wilson
Practice Management Consultant
Rob Wilson has been the Chief Executive Officer of a 20
physician multi-specialty group and the Chief Financial
Officer of one of the largest physician-owned multi-specialty
groups in North Carolina. He has successfully negotiated
over 100 managed care contracts and has facilitated mergers
and IPA network development for large and small medical
groups. His experience includes supervising the financial/billing
operations of a 75 physician multi-specialty group generating
over $50 million in annual revenue, managing a fully accredited
Ambulatory Surgery Center, and serving as a Corporate
Compliance Officer. Mr. Wilson has worked in medical practice
administration for over 12 years and as an independent
medical practice consultant for the past 4 years. He holds
a Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest
University.

Jay Davis
Practice Management Consultant
For over 15 years Jay Davis has helped companies across
diverse industries evaluate and contain costs as well
as increase operational efficiencies. Before focusing
on the healthcare industry, Jay served as the Chief Financial
Officer of a large manufacturing company. His multi-industry
perspective has helped many medical practices recognize
increased profitability by raising revenues while minimizing
costs. Mr. Davis holds a Masters in Business Administration
from Wake Forest University.

Alicea Overcash
Practice Start-Up Coordinator
Alicea Overcash has over 15 years experience working in
a number of medical practices representing more than 15
different specialties. She is experienced in most areas
of medical practice administration including insurance
filing/follow-up and credentialing. Ms. Overcash has recently
and successfully coordinated new practice start-ups for
a variety of primary care and sub-specialty entities.
